Calling our office at the first sign of an illness ensures that you receive an appointment slot sooner rather than later. Normally, we are able to schedule same day appointments for those requiring immediate non-emergency care.

At the moment we are working with RSSB, PRIME , Sanlam ,Britam and MMI. However, we are still in the process of negotiating terms and conditions and very soon our services will be covered by all insurances.

+ Purpose of the appointment
It is important to let the scheduler know all the concerns you would like to address during your appointment so we can schedule enough time for your appointment slot.

+ Please call your physician’s office as soon as you realise that you won’t make it to the appointment. We prefer all cancellations to be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow us to give the opportunity to other patients to book that slot.
